Don't bail out the "US" automakers.

There is no such thing as a "US" auto maker. My Toyota Tundra is more American than the burly Dodge Ram Pickup which is assembled in Mexico. And way more American than the Chevy Aveo which is 4% American and assembled is South Korea.

USA Today Article: How American is that car?

Hulu for expats & world travelers

Hulu.com is a great site to watch all your favorite TV shows over the internet. Licensing technicalities on Hulu.com are preventing the site from showing videos to people with IP addresses outside the US. Downloading and using this software program to will fool Hulu into thinking they are in America. This should work for any website that does not work outside the US...Netflix etc.

Humpback Whale Vs. Kayak

Jesse and I went to Launiopoko Beach Park for a little rare south swell surfing. Both of my boards are in repair so I was just sitting in the park drinking beer. About a mile off shore I saw some whales so decided to bust out the kayak and go take a look see. Pretty F'ing scarey to paddle up to  a bunch of large whales on a lil kayak with no life jacket on. The video isn't that impressive but consider I'm only about 50 yards from these things and when they go under water I have no idea where they are.

Mama & baby whale fifty yards away.
